Join the Cleveland Bradley County Public Library for Life Planning Plus, an informative monthly program designed to help individuals and families better understand the many aspects of planning for the future. This educational session will provide a helpful overview of life planning topics that go beyond traditional wills and trusts. Participants will learn about the full continuum of care, key concepts for future planning and how early preparation can help protect independence, decision-making and quality of life as needs change. April Topics Include: • Getting started with the big picture of life planning• Planning ahead without fear: Understanding the care continuum• Why life planning goes beyond wills and trusts• Understanding the aging and health care continuum• Key terms and concepts for future planning• How early planning protects independence and choice The program is hosted by Valerie Bachert in partnership with the Ocoee Regional Senior Resource Network and Hearth Hospice. Life Planning Plus meets monthly on the first Tuesday in the Library Flex Room. This program is open to the community and is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to better understand future planning for themselves or their loved ones.
